Product Performance

This product is composed of imported high-efficiency sulfur-containing antiwear extreme pressure additive, independently developed and produced core phosphorus-nitrogen additive, high-quality oiliness additive and rust inhibitor, etc. It is a compound additive product that maintains high performance with a low dosage, suitable for formulating vehicle gear oils and industrial gear oils. This compound additive has passed the relevant industry standard tests and can meet the requirements of GB 5903-2011 and NB/SH/T 0467-2010 stantards.

Product Feature

• It has no unpleasant odor of sulfurized isobutylene(T321), and there is no stench during the blending and use processes.

• It is suitable for Group I, II and III mineral oil-based base oils and synthetic base oils such as PAO.

• It has excellent extreme pressure protection performance, thermal stability and oxidation stability.

Packaging and acceptance

• This product is packaged in standard iron drums, or in BIC ton drums or other packaging forms according to customer needs.
• Product identification, sample retention, and delivery acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with SH/T0164 standard.

Product Storage, Transportation, and Compounding Agent Blending Operations and Precautions

• The product shall be stored, loaded and unloaded in accordance with the SH/T0164 standard, and must be clearly labeled during transportation, storage and use to prevent mixing and cross contamination with other petroleum products.
• When adjusting oil, the maximum temperature should not exceed 75 ℃.
• Long term storage temperature should not exceed 50 ℃.
• Single dose and composite product shelf life: 24 months (at ambient temperature). After opening and using, pay attention to sealed storage.

Health and Safety

• The products in this manual are non flammable, non explosive, and non corrosive, and are similar to general petroleum products in terms of safety, environmental protection, and use.
• Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with the skin during use, prevent accidental ingestion, and keep away from children.
• Wear protective gloves when using, and the operator does not need to take special safety precautions. Once it splashes into the eyes or skin, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
• Store the product in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place, away from sources of fire. Heat source.
• Waste packaging materials, oil liquids, and waste residues should be handed over to qualified units for recycling and disposal, and are prohibited from being discharged into water bodies or soil.
