Product Description

Designed for small to midsize manufacturers and startups, this compact liquid soap production line offers a complete end‑to‑end system. It brings together water treatment, a mixing reactor, storage tank, automatic filler, capper, and labeler — all in one smooth workflow.

Construction uses food‑grade stainless steel (304/316L). Features include PLC control, variable speed drive, and high‑shear homogenization. Output ranges from 50 to 500 liters per hour, suitable for liquid soap, hand sanitizer, shampoo, body wash, dish soap, and other daily chemical products.

Working Flow

Water Treatment
Raw tap water → passes through sand filter and softener → reverse osmosis produces purified water (conductivity ≤10 μS/cm)

Mixing & Reaction
Purified water is combined with oils and additives → heated to 80–90°C → agitated and homogenized → cooled down to 40–50°C

Storage & Degassing
Finished mixture moves to a holding tank for degassing and aging — a resting period of 2 to 8 hours

Filling
Automatic piston filler delivers consistent fill volume with ±0.5% precision

Capping
Caps (pump or screw type) are automatically fed and securely tightened

Labeling
Self-adhesive labels applied automatically — suitable for round or flat bottles

Coding & Packing
Production date printed → products packed into cartons
