Product Description

Our small liquid soap making line is a complete production system designed for small to medium manufacturers and startups. It integrates water treatment system, mixing reactor tank, storage tank, automatic liquid filler, capper, and labeler into one streamlined workflow.

The line is built with food-grade stainless steel 304/316L and features PLC control, variable speed drive, and high-shear homogenization. It can produce 50 to 500 liters per hour of liquid soap, hand sanitizer, shampoo, body wash, dish soap, and other daily chemical products.

Working Flow

1. Water Treatment – Tap water → sand filter → softener → RO pure water (≤10μS/cm)
2. Mixing & Reaction – Pure water + oils + additives → heating (80–90°C) → stirring → homogenization → cooling (40–50°C)
3. Storage & Degassing – Finished liquid → holding tank → degassing & aging (2–8h)
4. Filling – Automatic piston filling (±0.5% accuracy)
5. Capping – Automatic cap feeding & tightening (pump cap/screw cap)
6. Labeling – Automatic self-adhesive labeling (round/flat bottles)
7. Coding & Packing – Date printing → carton packing
