Technical datasheet for Lntech's LN-320. 1/2.8” Sony IMX307, 1080P30, 120dB WDR. Outputs: HDMI, HD-SDI, CVBS. Features Sens-Up x32, 3D-DNR. For machine vision & industrial integration.
The Lntech LN-320 is a high-performance industrial camera module designed for integration into machine vision systems and professional monitoring applications. It utilizes a 1/2.8-inch Sony IMX307 CMOS sensor to deliver 1080p resolution at 30 frames per second. A key feature is its provision of three simultaneous video outputs: HDMI, HD-SDI, and CVBS, offering maximum interface flexibility. Advanced image processing includes 120dB Wide Dynamic Range and Sens-Up technology for challenging lighting environments. Its compact metal housing and CS lens mount make it suitable for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications.
1. Imaging Performance
The Sony IMX307 is a 2.13-megapixel sensor known for its excellent balance of resolution, sensitivity, and value. With a 3.75µm pixel size, it provides good low-light response. The progressive scan system ensures no motion blur for capturing fast-moving objects on production lines.
2. Multi-Format Output
This is the primary advantage for system integrators:
HDMI: Provides a pure digital signal for connection to modern monitors and capture cards, supporting uncompressed 1080p video.
HD-SDI: Offers a digital signal suited for longer cable runs (up to 100m+ with appropriate cable) to professional video recorders or displays.
CVBS: Provides an analog composite video feed for compatibility with legacy equipment or basic monitors.
3. Image Processing & Control
120dB WDR: Utilizes multi-exposure technology to resolve detail in scenes with extreme contrast, crucial for imaging objects with shiny surfaces or in environments with mixed lighting.
Sens-Up: Frame accumulation mode dramatically increases sensitivity in low-light conditions, with selectable steps up to 32x.
Precise Control: Manual shutter speed control up to 1/30,000s freezes fast-moving machinery, while 3D-DNR reduces noise without sacrificing detail.
4. Integration
The camera features a standard CS-mount for compatibility with a vast array of industrial lenses. All parameters are adjustable via a comprehensive OSD menu, allowing fine-tuning of image parameters like gamma, sharpness, and color for specific application requirements.
