Installation and Use
Installation Procedure
- Unpacking: Verify all accessories including operation manual
- Pre-power Inspection: Check for damage, moisture, loose screws, or abnormal appearance after storage/transport
- Wiring: Connect power cord according to marked specifications
- Setting: Fan operates in temperature control mode, activating when reaching starting point. Charger stops at 70-75°C and resumes automatically when temperature decreases
Operation Instructions
- Wiring: Connect power supply and load. Ensure correct positive/negative electrode connection to prevent damage
- Power On: LCD panel illuminates - adjust knob to set voltage and current
Charging Current Examples
Conventional Charging: Charging current selected based on 10-hour charging rate:
Charging Current (A) = Battery Rated Capacity (Ah) ÷ 10(h)
Example: 200Ah battery = 200Ah ÷ 10h = 20A
Fast Charging: Battery Capacity (AH) ÷ Required Charging Time = Selected Charging Current (A). Charging complete when display shows 0A. Can maintain trickle/floating charge while powered on.
Online Charging: Current selected per conventional method. Suitable for charger → battery → load (or engine) connected configurations, ideal for unattended operation.
Charger operates until completion, with LCD displaying 100% capacity and 0A current indicating full charge. Can then shut down or maintain trickle/floating charge.

Desulfurization Technology
- Frequency Conversion Combined Pulse: Intelligent pulse interference during charging process disrupts battery vulcanization and crushes lead sulfate crystal nuclei
- Temperature Compensation: Precise temperature monitoring via thermistor electronics with intelligent voltage adjustment to prevent undercharge/overcharge

Battery Pack Imbalance Handling
Frequency conversion pulse charging reduces water loss to one-third of conventional chargers. Reduced water loss minimizes battery pack voltage differential. Combined pulse charging with small water loss and minimal voltage difference helps maintain battery pack balance through vulcanization removal.
