Description

Medical-grade precision ground ball screws: low noise and high precision

Specifically designed for surgical robots, CT/MRI imaging equipment, fully automated biochemical analyzers, and radiotherapy positioning systems, this product is manufactured entirely in an ISO Class 5 cleanroom, meeting the requirements of the ISO 13485 medical quality management system.

It utilizes 316L medical-grade stainless steel and an ISO 10993 certified medical-grade solid lubricant coating, eliminating oil-free maintenance and preventing lubricant contamination and biotoxicity. With IP67 fully sealed protection, it is resistant to corrosion from common disinfectants such as alcohol and hydrogen peroxide, and is compatible with stringent sterilization procedures.

Its accuracy class covers C2-C5, with repeatability ±0.001mm, backlash <0.005mm, operating vibration ≤0.08g, and noise below 45dB, meeting the sub-micron level operation requirements of minimally invasive surgery and stable scanning needs of imaging equipment. It undergoes 100% factory inspection, has a lifespan exceeding 10 million cycles, and offers an optional non-magnetic titanium alloy version compatible with MRI equipment. Custom miniature specifications and shaft end machining are also supported.
