Ground ball screws high precision low noise custom reciprocating screws

This precision-ground ball screw is crafted from precision cold-rolled blanks using a full-stroke CNC precision grinding process. Each screw undergoes multiple rounds of precision calibration, achieving a high-precision level of C1–C5 in surface roughness and geometric accuracy. Positioning and repeatability are accurate to the micron level, easily handling demanding requirements such as high-speed transmission, precision positioning, and heavy-duty operation.

The screw undergoes fine grinding, resulting in precise thread profiles and a high surface finish, significantly reducing frictional resistance and achieving a transmission efficiency exceeding 95%.
