3. High-Rigidity Machine Bed — Durable Precision

Heavy welded bed with high-temperature stress-relief annealing, fully milled by gantry machine to avoid deformation within 20 years. Aviation-grade cast aluminum beam features high rigidity & light weight. Dual-side rack-pinion servo drive delivers ±0.03mm/m positioning accuracy and ±0.02mm repeat accuracy, stable cutting for thin & thick plates.

4. Intelligent CNC System — Simple Operation

Bus-type intelligent Cypcut control system with HD touch screen supports DXF/DWG drawing import, auto nesting, remnant optimization, smart piercing, thin-plate anti-shake and anti-collision functions. Easy to learn for new operators, with real-time cutting monitoring & auto fault alarm.

5. Broad Material Compatibility — Power Optional

Compatible with Raycus fiber laser (1000W–12000W). It stably cuts carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and galvanized sheets with burr-free smooth edges, no secondary polishing needed, widely used in advertising, kitchenware, agricultural machinery, steel structure and new energy industries.
