Installation Notes

• Use matching M30 high-strength bolts exclusively — standard low-strength bolts are prohibited and will cause joint failure.
• Apply oil-resistant sealant on split mating surfaces to prevent dust and moisture ingress into the bearing chamber.
• Mounting plane height difference between both brackets must not exceed 0.05mm to prevent main shaft bending.
• In sand, gravel, and dust environments, replenish grease and clean bearing chamber dust accumulation every two weeks.
• During complete assembly lifting, load must be simultaneously applied to both double-ear mounting holes — single-point lifting is strictly prohibited.
