Installation & Operation Notes

• Light-duty applications only – Do not use for heavy ores, aggregate, or heavy building material conveying
• Installation must be horizontal with inclination angle ≤3°; steep-angle climbing is not permitted
• Oil volume is limited; check oil level every 1,000 operating hours and top up as needed
• For food-grade applications, select 304 stainless steel drum and perform regular surface washing
• Protect the external motor from direct water spray; install a simple rain shield in humid environments
• Adjust belt tension to light contact only; over-tensioning will damage the micro gear assembly
