Installation & Operation Notes

• For non-hazardous environments only – Do not use in underground mines, chemical plants, or any area with flammable gases or dust
• Installation inclination angle ≤5°; steep-angle conveying requires external backstop device
• Regularly check oil level; replenish with XN46 oil promptly when low
• Prevent sand, gravel, and metal debris from entering the drum to avoid gear damage
• Do not overtighten the belt; periodically verify belt alignment and concentricity
• Install external rain shield when ambient humidity exceeds 85%

Packaging

Standard Models: Solid wood pallet + thickened stretch film wrapping, shaft ends protected with foam padding.

Large Diameter / Long Drum Models: Fully enclosed wooden crate with reinforced load-bearing base beams.

Accessories (support brackets, backstop devices) packed in separate cartons and secured inside the wooden crate. All packaging marked with moisture-proof, handle-with-care, and lifting symbols (no explosion-proof markings).
