FN-IV Falling Number Tester High Accuracy Grains Germination Damage Degree Test Machine Grains Analyzer
Introduction
The FN-IV Falling Number Tester (with printer) is manufactured by our company in accordance with the new national standard GB/T 10361-2024 "Wheat, Rye and their Flours and Durum Wheat and its Semolina - Determination of Falling Number by the Hagberg-Perten Method". It is a specialized instrument for measuring the α-amylase activity in grains, accurately determining the degree of germination damage in grains. It is suitable for testing grains, especially wheat and wheat flour, and is an essential instrument for quality testing in grain storage, flour processing, food processing, universities, and research institutions. This instrument is a dual-tube falling number tester, consisting of a testing unit (water bath, stirring system), a control unit display screen, and a printer. The display screen shows the falling number. The control unit uses a high-performance, low-power single-chip microcomputer, which accurately records the two sets of falling numbers for each measurement and the actual date of each measurement. It also uses a miniature printer with a standard Chinese character library and front paper loading, which automatically prints the sample number, falling number, and date.
