IEC 60068 6 Grade Spring Impact Hammer
This electrical spring-actuated impact hammer is manufactured according to GB/T2423.44, GB/T2423.55, GB4706, GB4943, GB8898, GB7000, IEC60068, and related standards. It is designed for testing the impact resistance of household and similar electronic/electrical equipment, including device shells, operating levers, handles, knobs, and indicators, to assess product safety and strength grade.
Basic Structure and Working Principle
1. Three Main Components
- Shell: Includes housing, shock element guide, release mechanism, and fixed parts
- Impact Components: Consists of hammer head, hammer rod, and hitting ball handle
- Release Cone: Mechanism for controlled energy release
2. Operation Principle
The spring mechanism generates standardized energy through controlled movement of weighted elements and hammer head compression. When the handle is pulled, the release jaw engages the shock element at the calibrated release point. The compressed spring releases precisely calibrated energy levels, which are factory-set using energy calibration devices.
