IEC 60068 IK Vertical Drop Hammer Testing Device
Vertical Falling Weight Test Machine
The vertical drop weight test device is designed and manufactured according to IEC60068-2-75 (GB/T2325.55) standard for impact resistance testing of household appliances, electronic and electrical products, and their accessories.
The hammer consists of a basic impact element with selectable drop heights from the standard table. The impact element conforms to specifications in Table 1 of the standard. The guided tube minimizes constraints while ensuring free fall, with proper clearance to reduce friction.
Equipment Installation and Commissioning
Installation Conditions
- Must be placed horizontally with anchor screws adjusted during first installation
- After level adjustment, tighten the anchor screw anti-lock nut
- Minimum wall distance: >100mm (corner placement recommended for safety)
Equipment Debugging
- Verify handwheel installation and tightness
- Check universal manipulator jig movement
- Select appropriate impact element and conduit per standards
Catheter Installation
- Upper catheter section should be 1-5πm below magnetic base
- Pipe should align with Type 1 card slot of universal manipulator fixture
- Fine-tune jig for vertical downward alignment
- Adjust manipulator fixture so catheter inner wall is tangent to V mouth of magnetic seat
