SH7550 Crude Oil Wax Content Tester

The SH7550 crude oil wax content analyzer is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of the industry standard SY/T-7550 "Determination of Wax, Gum, and Asphalt Content in Crude Oil" of the People's Republic of China. It is suitable for determining the wax content in crude oil products with a water content of no more than 0.5% (mass fraction).

Performance characteristics:

Adsorption device: stainless steel bath, digital temperature controller with automatic constant temperature. The temperature control point can be adjusted arbitrarily. The water bath is equipped with a built-in circulation pump, which is connected to the adsorption device and can maintain the temperature within the required range. The water bath is covered with two heating inlets that can heat glass containers.

Dewaxing and filtration device: digital temperature controller with automatic temperature control. The temperature control point can be adjusted arbitrarily and is equipped with a constant temperature bath stirring device to improve temperature control accuracy.

The constant temperature range of the two bath cold bath is from room temperature to -40 ℃, with an accuracy of ± 0.5 ℃. The temperature control point can be adjusted freely without affecting each other.
