Equipped with a forced twin-wrist feeding mechanism, the granulator pushes mixed metal powder agglomerates directly into the processing stage. This approach does away with the conventional extra crushing step, which tends to hinder the granulation of materials, and likewise eliminates the risk of contamination that the crushing operation could introduce.

The machine is engineered in accordance with the technical specifications outlined in ZBJ19009-88. Gear and shaft components are fabricated from high-strength alloy steel, with gears manufactured to grade 6 accuracy per GB10095-88 and a tooth surface hardness of HRC-60. An oversized thrust bearing is mounted at the output shaft end to absorb the screw's back thrust. Main standard parts, including bearings and oil seals, are sourced from leading domestic suppliers. As a result, the unit delivers excellent load capacity, smooth transmission, low noise levels, and high operational efficiency.
