By incorporating a forced double-wrist feeding mechanism, this granulator actively drives the mixed metal powder agglomerates into the granulation zone. This design eliminates the need for the conventional pre-crushing step, which would otherwise interfere with granulation performance, while also keeping the material free from contamination during processing.

Designed to conform to the technical requirements set forth in ZBJ19009-88, this product employs high-strength alloy steel for its gears and shaft components. The gears meet grade 6 precision in accordance with GB10095-88 and feature a tooth surface hardness of HRC-60. To counteract the rearward thrust generated by the screw, an oversized thrust bearing is installed at the output shaft. Standard components such as bearings and oil seals are all domestically produced, high-quality parts. Overall, the machine offers robust load-bearing performance, stable and quiet transmission, and high efficiency.
During normal use, non-consumable parts are guaranteed for one year. We provide on-site installation guidance and long-term technical support.
Note: Electrical components and motors are imported from Taiwan and foreign brands.
