This granulator adopts forced double-wrist feeding to force feed the mixed metal powder agglomerate materials, which reduces the traditional process of additional crushing that affects material granulation and also prevents the contamination of materials in the crushing process.

The machine is engineered in accordance with the technical specifications outlined in ZBJ19009-88. Gear and shaft components are fabricated from high-strength alloy steel, with gears manufactured to grade 6 accuracy per GB10095-88 and a tooth surface hardness of HRC-60. An oversized thrust bearing is mounted at the output shaft end to absorb the screw's back thrust. Main standard parts, including bearings and oil seals, are sourced from leading domestic suppliers. As a result, the unit delivers excellent load capacity, smooth transmission, low noise levels, and high operational efficiency.
