Liquid Silicone Tackifier CL-24S-9

PC Adhesive Activator

CL-24S-9 one component, clear liquid, single coating and easy to use. Characterized by water resistance, salt spray resistance, chemical resistance, oil resistance, solvent resistance and resistance for other severe rugged environment.

Suit for liquid silicone cured silicone rubber or addition curing silicone rubber stick to PC at high temperature.

Application:
Application for swimming goggles, silicone rubber cellphone case, silicone rubber dolls, baby parts and so on.

Usage
1. Cleaning: cleaning surface with griding and degreasing or cleaned by solvent.
2. Gluing method: Brushing, dipping or spraying
3. Curing: Cured at room temperature for 30 minutes or baking at 80°C for 10 minutes.
4. Activating Life: The process should better finished with one day after tackifier cured, if avoid to pollution, high temperature wet air contact, 5 days is max activating life.
5. Vulcanizing: Platinum coupling agent vulcanized under 140°C.

Note:
1. Please do not dip PC in the container, PC is easy to become brittle after dipping.
2. Stored at a dry and cool place, far away from heat and open flame.
2. Solvent easy to volatilize, please fasten down the cover after using.
4. Working place should be fireproofing and ventilating, avoid long time inhalation and skin contact.
5. Small cloudy does not affect the effect.

Storage: Stored at 25°C for 8months with out open.
