Silicone Adhesive CL-24S－2(Electronic)

CL-24S-2 one component, clear liquid, the primer of Peroxide cured silicone rubber or Fluorine silicone rubber stick to Metal(e.g. carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum,brass allium, Zn plated parts, Nickle plated parts etc.), Nylon, Bakelite, Epoxy resin and other hard materials.

Features:

1. Bonding well with various of mixed compound silicone rubber, including the silicone rubber which need or no need to vulcanize again.

2. Single component, single coating and easy to use.

3. Characterized by water resistance, salt spray resistance, chemical resistance, oil resistance, solvent resistance and resistance for other severe rugged environment.

Physical Data:

Method of Application:

1. Surface treatment:Degreasing the raw material with blast sanding,polishing or washed with industrial alcohol,

2. Gluing: Brushing, dipping or spraying.

3. Drying condition: Dry and room temp for 5min.(without baking)

4. Activating life: The process should better finished with one day after tackifier cured, if avoid to pollution, high temperature wet air contact, 5 days is max activating life.

5. Vulcanizing: The first vulcanizing according to the vulcanizing condition of silicone rubber. The second vulcanizing temperature can not exceed 250°C.(Suit for silicone rubber base materials.)

Testing Data:

Sheet 1: Testing data in accordance with ASTM D429-B(silicone glue to Stainless 45#)

Sheet 2: Silicone sticked with Epoxy resin rod.

Note:

1.Stored at a dry and cool place, far away from heat and open flame.

2. Solvent easy to volatilize, please fasten down the cover after using.

3. Working place should be fireproofing and ventilating, avoid long time inhalation and skin contact.

4. Small cloudy does not affect the effect.

Storage: Stored at 25℃ for 8months with out open.
