Product Description

BT-150HS is designed for the economical manufacturing and regrinding of cutting tools made from PCD, PCBN, CVD, tungsten, carbide and other materials. It can grind angles and radii on standard and special turning and milling inserts, boring tools, grooving tools and many types of special turning tools.

Our Advantages
  1. Stable feed: in order to avoid periodic impact, the machine to be equipped with "flexible feed" of air pressure device, effectively improve the roughness of the tool edge.
  2. Our company uses a big screen to display tool images in front of the operation position. An eye lift can cooperate. It improves production efficiency about 50%.
  3. Equipped with grinding head lifting adjustment shaft, grinding point vertical lifting device developed for non-standard tools (such as V-cut cutter, dense tooth milling cutter and tool front cutter face, etc.), lifting distance ±75cm.
