Product Overview: Made of high-tensile fiberglass mesh and premium Portland cement, our Cement Blanket is a flexible, easy-to-deploy slope protection material. Its unique structure ensures excellent adhesion to the slope surface, and after hydration, it forms a dense, crack-resistant protective layer with high compressive and tensile strength. It is lightweight in the dry state, making it easy to transport to remote slope areas, and requires no heavy construction machinery.
Application Scenario: Ideal for slope protection projects such as highway and railway embankments, mountain slopes, riverbank revetments, and mine dump slopes. It effectively prevents soil erosion caused by rainwater scouring, landslides due to soil loosening, and maintains the stability of the slope structure. The product is suitable for slopes with an angle of up to 60 degrees and can be used in both rural and urban areas, blending well with the surrounding environment (can be covered with soil for vegetation growth if needed).
Construction Process: ① Slope Preparation: Trim the slope to remove weeds, tree roots, and loose soil; level uneven areas and compact the surface. ② Blanket Laying: Unroll the cement blanket from the top of the slope to the bottom, ensuring tight fit with the slope; overlap adjacent sheets by 12-18cm and fix with U-shaped nails (spacing: 50-80cm). ③ Watering & Curing: Spray water gently and evenly on the blanket until fully soaked; cover with a plastic film if there is strong sunlight or rain to prevent rapid water loss. Curing time: 3-5 days for initial hardening, 7-10 days for full strength.
