This anti-corrosion and anti-aging cement blanket is specially designed for harsh environments. It uses anti-corrosion fiber fabric (such as polyester fiber) and corrosion-resistant cement (added with anti-corrosion additives). The product has excellent resistance to acid, alkali, salt, and other chemical corrosion, and is not easy to aging under long-term sunlight and rain. Product Installation

Base surface anti-corrosion treatment: For highly corrosive environments, the base surface should be coated with anti-corrosion paint first to enhance the overall anti-corrosion effect.

Laying and sealing: Unfold the cement blanket and lay it on the base surface. The overlap width is 20cm, and the overlap area and edges should be sealed with anti-corrosion sealant to prevent corrosive media from entering.

Wetting with neutral water: Use neutral water (pH 6-8) to wet the cement blanket to avoid the impact of acidic or alkaline water on the product performance.

Post-construction protection: After curing, inspect the surface for cracks or damage. If any, repair them with anti-corrosion cement mortar in time. Avoid direct contact with strong corrosive media during use.
