Product Introduction

This high-strength reinforced cement blanket is added with steel fiber or glass fiber reinforcement in the fiber fabric and cement layer. The reinforcement significantly improves the tensile strength, flexural strength, and impact resistance of the product. After hardening, it has the performance similar to reinforced concrete, but the construction process is much simpler and faster. It is suitable for projects that require high structural strength and durability.

Product Features

  • Super high strength: Tensile strength ≥ 5MPa, flexural strength ≥ 8MPa, impact resistance is 3-5 times that of ordinary cement blanket.
  • Reinforced structure: The internal reinforcement forms a three-dimensional network structure, which effectively prevents crack expansion and improves the structural integrity.
  • Corrosion resistance: The reinforcement is treated with anti-corrosion, and the cement layer has good protective effect, suitable for use in humid and corrosive environments.
  • Long service life: The reinforced composite structure is not easy to aging and damage, and the service life can reach more than 50 years under normal use conditions.

Application Fields

Applied to highway and railway slope protection, bridge deck paving, port terminal revetments, industrial workshop floors, and large-scale retaining walls. It is also suitable for military engineering, disaster relief projects, and other fields that require high strength and rapid construction.

Product Installation

  1. Base surface reinforcement: For high-load projects, the base surface should be reinforced with geotextile or steel mesh first to ensure the stability of the base.
  2. Laying and fixing: Unfold the cement blanket and lay it on the base surface. The overlap width is 15-20cm, and the overlap area should be reinforced with additional steel nails. The fixing nails should be made of anti-corrosion materials, with a spacing of 15-20cm.
  3. Wetting and compacting: Wet the cement blanket thoroughly with water, and use a roller to compact the surface and overlap areas to ensure the cement is evenly distributed and the reinforcement is closely combined with the cement.
  4. Curing and inspection: Cover with a wet cloth or curing agent for curing for 7-14 days. After curing, conduct strength testing to ensure it meets the design requirements before putting it into use.
