Application Fields

Product Installation

  1. Rapid base surface treatment: Quickly remove debris and obstacles on the base surface, and level the surface as much as possible. For emergency situations, simple treatment can be carried out without strict flatness requirements.
  2. Quick laying: Unfold the cement blanket and cover the damaged area. Cut it to the required size with a utility knife if necessary. The overlap width between blankets is 10cm, and press it tightly manually.
  3. Rapid wetting: Use any available water source (such as tap water, river water) to wet the cement blanket thoroughly. Use a water pump or bucket to pour water if necessary to ensure rapid hydration.
  4. Temporary fixation and use: After wetting, use sandbags or other heavy objects to press the surface to ensure the blanket is closely attached to the base. It can be put into use after hardening (1-2 hours), and formal curing can be carried out after the emergency is relieved.
