HCU Unbalanced Cage-Type Control Valve
The HCU cage-type control valve is a single-seat sleeve-type control valve. The valve core has no pressure balance hole, and the valve body has a compact structure. The fluid channel is in an S-shaped streamline design, with a guide vane that improves the smooth flow of fluid around the sleeve, featuring small pressure drop loss, large flow rate, and a wide adjustable range. It is resistant to cavitation corrosion and has a high-precision flow characteristic curve.
The control valve has excellent closing tightness, with a valve seat leakage equivalent to that of a single-seat valve. It is equipped with a multi-spring diaphragm actuator, which has a compact structure and large output force. It can be widely used in occasions requiring low noise, little cavitation corrosion, and strict sealing performance.
