ZDLM Electronic Miniature Sleeve Control Valve
The ZDLM type electronic miniature sleeve control valve is composed of a 381L electronic actuator and a miniature sleeve control valve. It is smaller in volume and weight than ordinary control valves. The valve core adopts a balanced structure, featuring good stability, low noise, and a large allowable pressure difference. It adopts a low-resistance flow design, resulting in a large flow capacity. It is easy to assemble and disassemble, and its performance indicators are better than those of similar products.
The electronic miniature sleeve valve can directly accept the 4-20mA·DC (2-10V·DC) standard signal output by industrial control instruments or computers to drive the valve, so as to regulate industrial parameters such as pressure, flow rate, and temperature of the regulated medium. It is widely used in industrial process automatic control where low noise and large pressure difference are required.
This electronic sleeve control valve is equipped with a servo amplifier, a position transmitter, and a manual operation mechanism. It can realize segmented range adjustment, positive/negative action conversion, selection of valve position (open or closed) upon signal interruption, and has valve position signal feedback. The feedback signals available for selection include 4-20mA (standard), 0-10V, and 1-5V. It can also realize remote manual operation.
