HPAC High-Pressure Cage-Type Angle Valve
HPAC high-pressure cage-type angle valve is a pressure-balanced control valve, featuring small pressure drop loss in the valve body, large flow rate and wide adjustable range. The angle valve can be selected according to the requirements of pipeline turning layout.
The control valve is equipped with a multi-spring diaphragm actuator, which has a compact structure and large output force. This valve is widely applicable to high-pressure drop occasions requiring good dynamic stability, low noise and little cavitation corrosion.

Remarks: - If the actuator is equipped with an auxiliary air supply, the smaller of the two supply pressures shall be selected as the basis for calculating the allowable pressure difference.
- The condition for the allowable pressure difference when closed in the table is △P = P1 (P2 = 0). The pressure difference when fully closed varies slightly with the outlet pressure P2.
- The maximum allowable pressure difference shall not exceed the maximum value specified in ANSI B16.34 or JIS B2201.
- The inlet pressure P1 shall not exceed the allowable pressure difference when the valve is closed.
- The upper number in the same cell indicates the allowable pressure difference when the valve is fully open, and the lower number indicates the allowable pressure difference when the valve is fully closed.
