SAE J517 R12 Standard Hose Wire Spiral Hydraulic Hose

Hydraulic Hose Product Introduction

The internal hose is made of synthetic rubber, extruded integrally without joints and with uniform thickness; its reinforcement structure is 4 layers of steel wire spiral, and the outer covering is anti-abrasive synthetic rubber that resists oils, fuels and atmospheric conditions. For fittings, it adopts no-skive Type DPF4T ferrule and DPX4XX insert (X is selectable). This hose is approved by multiple certifications including MSHA, BV, GOST, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, DAKKS, SGS, MA and DEKRA. Its working pressure ranges from 172 to 276 Bar (2494 to 4002 PSI), and the impulse times are no less than 500,000. The working temperature is -40 °C to +120 °C (intermittently up to 125 °C), -40 °C to +70 °C for water-based fluids, and 0 °C to +70 °C for hot air, with prolonged operation at extreme temperatures reducing the hose’s service life. It is suitable for petroleum-based hydraulic fluids (mineral oils), glycol-water based fluids, water and lubricants.
