This hot forming elbow machine is an induction-heating, hydraulic-driven system designed for the production of buttweld elbows across multiple bend radii. It can be configured to produce different standards according to customer orders, with each standard requiring a dedicated mandrel for production. Special beveling requirements on finished elbows can also be accommodated.

The mandrel elbow making machine belongs to the hydraulic machine family. It uses a hydraulic pushing press to advance the raw material pipe, driven by two hydraulic cylinders mounted at the rear. Both cylinders are connected to an oil box that handles the input and output of hydraulic oil, ensuring stable and controllable forming pressure.
