The HWSFRT-DN400-S40 is a heavy-duty, high-efficiency Hot Induction Elbow Machine engineered for manufacturing large and medium-diameter pipe elbows up to 406 mm (16 inches). Combining an advanced hydraulic propulsion system, medium-frequency induction heating, and an automatic feeding system, it delivers smooth bending, uniform wall thickness, and exceptional structural stability for demanding industrial pipeline projects.

  • Built with high-grade Q235A medium plates, channel steel, and round steel for long-term durability.
  • Push plate and base frame adopt an upper pulley and guide rail mechanism for ultra-smooth, stable running.
  • Front and cylinder baffles are equipped with independent hydraulic mandrel adjustment cylinders.
Advanced Heating & Fully Automated Operation
  • Medium-frequency induction heating provides fast and uniform thermal distribution.
  • Integrated automatic feeding system with hydraulic slide plates, hydraulic rollers, and hydraulic gates.
  • Centralized control cabinet integrates the medium-frequency power supply, motor controls, and real-time status displays.
Complete Cooling System Included
  • 40-ton cooling tower (dimensions: 3500 × 1300 × 2500 mm) with 304 stainless steel tubes (16 mm dia).
  • 0.5 m³ water tank, dual 1.1kW fans, a 1.5kW spray pump, and a 5.5kW main pump.
