Double Rotor Fine Hammer Crusher

SP series double rotor fine hammer crusher can normally crush raw materials with moisture content below 20%. It features large output and low material return rate. After crushing and screening, the proportion of finished material below 2.5mm reaches 75%~85%. The spindle wheel hub is wear-free and does not need replacement. Hammer replacement only takes about 30 minutes. Apart from regular maintenance and wearing parts replacement, the machine requires little extra maintenance work.

This equipment is widely used for fine crushing of clay, shale, coal gangue and other raw materials in brick factories, perfectly matching the raw material processing section of sintered brick production lines.
