Clay Double Rotor Hammer Knife Crusher

PC series double rotor hammer knife crusher is special equipment for wet clay processing in brick factories. It can remove stones, grass roots, limestone and other impurities from wet clay with moisture content less than 30%. Meanwhile, it crushes wet clay to particle size below 8mm. Customers can configure a fine double roller crusher after this hammer knife crusher to achieve finer material granularity and meet higher brick-making raw material requirements.

This machine solves the blocking problem of high-moisture sticky clay, integrates impurity removal and crushing, and is an essential front-end processing equipment for sintered brick production lines.
