Primary Stone Remving Double Roller Crusher

GSG8060‑1000 double‑speed double‑roller crusher is purpose‑built for raw‑material pretreatment in fired‑brick factories. It adopts a differential‑speed design between the high‑speed roller and low‑speed roller. The speed difference generates strong shear and extrusion force to separate hard stones from wet clay and dry‑clay effectively.

Most brick‑making equipment is vulnerable to damage by hard gravel contained in raw materials. This primary stone‑removal machine solves this problem fundamentally. It screens and crushes stones within feeding size ≤150 mm in advance, protecting subsequent extruders and brick‑forming machines.
