Overview
It is 0.08×0.80 enameled flat copper wire with F-class temperature resistance (155℃). Made of high-purity copper and coated with Grade 2 standard polyurethane insulation layer. The wire features uniform and compact enamel film, excellent adhesion, ultra-low pinhole rate and stable electrical insulation performance. It has good elongation and flexibility with regular section and high dimensional accuracy, avoiding film cracking and peeling after bending. It effectively improves coil slot fill rate and reduces DC resistance. Featuring outstanding high-temperature and aging resistance, it is suitable for high-frequency working conditions, widely used in new energy equipment, high-frequency transformers, precision inductors and industrial motors.
