Lyophilized Royal Jelly Powder Roller Compactor Granulator for food industry

Description of Roller Compactor:

During granulation, the dispensed and mixed dry powder materials are fed into the upper hopper through the special feeder (pneumatic or mechanical) and conveyed to the pressure chamber through the spiral conveyor. The two high pressure extrusion wheels will press the materials into slices of high pressure density, which will be cut into small pieces by the cutting system and made into granules of desired sizes by the two-stage granule sizing system, so that the granulating process is completed.

The LG roller compactor is mainly composed of the following parts: material conveying system, direction changing material conveying system, extrusion system,crushing system, front cover system, water cooling system, granule sizing system, hydraulic system, machine body combination, cover plate combination and vibrating sifter (not provided for partition installation).
