Tailor-made 3000 liters per hour ultra pure water purification system for high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)
Overview
Ultrapure water serves as the base mobile phase and sample solvent in high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and its purity directly impacts the accuracy, reproducibility of analytical results, and instrument lifespan.
HPLC ultra-pure water serves as the “invisible chromatographic column” in liquid phase analysis. Its ultimate purity of 18.25 MΩ·cm is achieved through a four-step process: UV filtration, mixed-bed ion exchange, ultrafiltration, and degassing. Especially in high-sensitivity gradient analysis, controlling total organic carbon (TOC) and metal ions is crucial to avoid false-positive results. It is recommended to select a professional purification system with real-time monitoring capabilities and strictly adhere to the “zero storage, zero contamination” usage principle.
Process
Raw Water → Raw Water Pressure Pump → Multimedia Filter → Activated Carbon Filter → Water Softener → Precision Filter → Primary RO → pH Adjustment → Intermediate Water Tank → Secondary RO → Intermediate Water Tank→ Dual - Wavelength UV → Polishing Mixed Bed → Terminal Ultrafiltration → Degassing → HPLC Water Use Point

Here is a guideline for you to get a proper quotation
Tell us the raw water/source of water(tap water, well water, or sea water, etc)
Provide water analysis report(TDS , conductivity, or resistivity, etc)
Required production capacity( 5m³/H, 50m³/H,or 500m³/H, etc)
What's the pure water used for( industrial,Food and Beverage,or agriculture, etc )
