Description:

The silicon carbide sandblasting nozzle is made of isostatic pressing and pressureless sintering with excellent performance. Drill holes and grooves can be processed according to requirements, and the inner and outer diameters and end faces can be finished (including curved surfaces) to meet the design requirements of users.

Typical applications :

1. Various dry powder, liquid sandblasting guns, etc.

2. Metal pretreatment, mold treatment, strengthening, rust removal, light decoration, etc.; clothing frosting treatment

Features and advantages:

1. The silicon carbide ceramic nozzle adopts dry bag CIP molding process, with high density (>3.15g/cm3), Vickers hardness above 23GPa, and excellent wear resistance.

2. Silicon carbide ceramic nozzles can be drilled and grooved, and the inner and outer diameters and end faces are finished (including curved surfaces), and the processing accuracy is 0.01mm.

3. Silicon carbide ceramic nozzles are subjected to strict density, size, and surface fluorescence penetration testing.

4. The service life of silicon carbide ceramic nozzles can reach 600-800 hours, which is more than twice as long as that of cemented carbide nozzles (varies according to different media)
