ML-P6020D Automatic Laser Pipe Cutting Machine is a fiber laser pipe cutting machine developed by Herolase, which established in 2004 with a production area of more than 100000 sqm. ML-P6020D has three types: simplified type, standard type and high allocation type.

This machine adopts advanced medium and high power fiber laser with long-term stability and reliability, and is equipped with high-precision gear rack, imported high-precision linear guide rail and other high-efficiency transmission parts. The precise numerical control automatic laser pipe cutting machine is assembled by the professional pipe cutting control system of FRIENDESS FSCUT3000S. It is a high-tech product integrating the latest laser cutting, precision machinery, numerical control technology and other disciplines. It is mainly used for cutting carbon steel pipe, stainless steel pipe, aluminum alloy pipe (square pipe, round pipe, rectangular pipe, waist round pipe, elliptical pipe, angle steel, C-steel) and other metal pipes. It is an excellent cutting machine in metal pipe processing industry. The bed adopts horizontal gantry structure, gear rack and screw combination transmission mode. Transmission components such as reducer, guide rail and gear rack are of well-known brands, with stable structure, good rigidity and high dynamic response. It can be equipped with full or semi-automatic feeding, which can realize automatic feeding and automatic cutting only by manually placing the tube on the material rack, so as to improve efficiency as well as save cost.
