Custom 3.5g Die Cut Mylar Bags with Display Boxes

Build a coordinated retail presentation with custom shaped zipper pouches and a printed counter display box. This 4" × 6" pouch format combines a distinctive die-cut outline with front-and-back branding, while the matching display organizes multiple packs for countertop presentation.

The Shaped Zipper Pouch

4" W × 6" H
Approx. 102 × 152 mm maximum exterior outline

A flat, opaque pouch with a custom contour, resealable zipper, tear notches and sealed margins. Nominal capacity: 3.5g / 1/8 oz.

Customize: outline, size, artwork, film specification and compatible surface finishes.

The Counter Display Box

4.6" W × 4.7" D × 7.5" H
Approx. 117 × 119 × 191 mm

Printed paperboard construction with a low front panel, shaped sidewalls, upright rear header and fitted divider for an orderly pouch arrangement.

Overall height includes the rear header. Reference front-panel height: 2".

Reference dimensions shown. The pouch has no bottom gusset. Die-cut shape, sealed margins and filled-product thickness affect usable capacity and final display fit.

Materials & Finishes

Specify opaque laminated pouch film and printed paperboard. Matte finishes and selected spot-UV accents can be reviewed for both components.

Film structure, thickness, paperboard grade and finish compatibility are confirmed for each project. The display reference uses 400gsm white paperboard.
