Exterior Presentation

Adapt your logo and artwork to the pouch front, pouch back and outer carton panels. Plan clear areas for product details, QR codes, barcodes and batch or serial information.

Inside Lid Printing

Use the inner lid for a brand message, supporting artwork or useful product information. Coordinate the paperboard insert with the carton interior for a considered opening experience.

PET / VMPET / PE laminated film, a heat-sealable top and a stand-up bottom. Child-resistant zipper options are available for the selected pouch structure.

FLIP TOP BOX — INNER SIZE

4.33"W × 2.36"D × 6.30"H

110 × 60 × 160 mm

400 gsm SBS folding paperboard, a hinged lid with tuck-lock closure and a separate folded paperboard locating insert.

Nominal capacity: 3.5g / 1/8 oz. G = expanded bottom gusset. Reference dimensions; final fit is confirmed by sampling. Film specifications can be adjusted to your sealing and barrier requirements.

Bring Your Artwork Across the Whole Set

Specify full-color printing, spot colors and white ink where required. Choose matte or gloss surfaces, with optional soft-touch finishes, foil stamping and spot UV suited to the selected materials.

Free design support covers artwork placement across the pouch, carton and insert. Discuss variable-data requirements when planning QR codes, serial codes or batch information.
