COMPONENT 01

The Resealable Mylar Pouch

A rectangular flat pouch with rounded corners, an ordinary press-to-close zipper, tear notches and a top heat-sealing area. Front and back printing give each product its own identity and information layout.

Size: 4" W × 6" H
Metric: Approx. 102 × 152 mm
Format: Flat pouch, no bottom gusset
Proposed film: PET / VMPET / PE
Print: Full-color artwork with a matte finish
COMPONENT 02

The Foil-Stamped Folding Box

A slim tuck-end carton with a glued side seam and scored folding panels. Coordinate its graphics with the pouch and use the side and back panels for product details, barcodes and brand information.

Proposed external size: 4.25" W × 6.25" H × 1" D
Metric: Approx. 108 × 159 × 25 mm
Board: Proposed 300–350 gsm white paperboard
Closure: Top and bottom tuck flaps
Finish: Matte printing with selective silver foil

Capacity is nominal. Confirm the pouch’s usable filling space and carton fit with a filled-pouch sample. Film thickness, board stock and final dimensions are confirmed for your project.

Keep full-color graphics on the pouch and carton, then place silver foil on selected carton lettering or graphic details. Separate foil artwork allows the metallic areas to be planned alongside the printed design.
