This ASME SA-335 / SA-335M alloy steel seamless pipe is a high-performance heat-resistant alloy tubular product specially developed for high-temperature, high-pressure industrial working conditions. It adopts hot rolling and cold drawing forming processes, with uniform internal metallographic structure and stable high-temperature mechanical properties, widely recognized in energy and chemical heavy industries.
We supply three production processes: seamless pipe, electric resistance welded (ERW) pipe and submerged arc welded (SAW) pipe. All OD, wall thickness and length tolerances strictly implement ASTM A450, A530 and ASME SA-335 tolerance standards to meet precise assembly requirements of boilers, power plants and petrochemical pipelines.
Optional multi-layer anti-corrosion surface coatings effectively resist oxidation and medium erosion. Standardized bundled packaging design prevents rust and collision damage during long-distance sea transportation. Each batch of pipes undergoes full physical and chemical inspection to guarantee long-term safe operation under high temperature and pressure.

We provide matched seamless pipes, welded pipes, flanges and machined fittings covering heat-resistant alloy steel, carbon steel, stainless steel and nickel-based alloys for diversified industrial working conditions:
Chromium-molybdenum alloy formula maintains stable tensile and yield strength under long-term high temperature and high pressure, ideal for boiler, power station and thermal furnace pipeline systems.
Cr-Mo elements inhibit high-temperature oxidation; optional 3PE, hot galvanized coatings further extend service life in petrochemical acidic & alkaline fluid environments.
Full coverage of outer diameter, wall thickness, length, pipe end shape and surface coating; strict hot-rolled/cold-drawn dimensional tolerances meet precision engineering assembly standards.
Each pipe passes ultrasonic, eddy current and hydrostatic testing to eliminate internal cracks, pores and leakage risks for critical high-pressure process pipelines.
Uniform steel strip bundling, end plastic caps, unified batch marking; same furnace number, grade and specification bundled together to avoid confusion and rust during long-distance transportation.
Minimum elongation of 30% allows bending, cutting and complex forming; compatible with mainstream welding processes for on-site pipeline splicing and installation.
We provide integrated forging and precision machining services, and can produce finished components strictly according to customer drawings:
Turning, milling, planing, drilling, boring, grinding
Gear cutting, CNC precision machining
