This ASTM B167 nickel alloy tube is a premium seamless tubular product designed for harsh industrial service conditions. It integrates nickel-based alloy’s outstanding corrosion resistance and high-temperature mechanical stability, far outperforming ordinary carbon and alloy steel tubes in chemical, petrochemical and energy facilities.
We supply three production processes: seamless, electric resistance welded (ERW) and submerged arc welded (SAW) tubes, covering outer diameter 6mm–1080mm and wall thickness 1mm–135mm. All dimensional tolerances strictly follow ASTM A450, A530 and ASME SA335 standards, with customizable fixed cut lengths, single random and double random lengths.
Multiple surface anti-corrosion coatings and pipe end treatments are optional to adapt to seawater, acid medium, high-pressure and high-temperature pipeline systems. Every batch undergoes full non-destructive testing before shipment to guarantee leak-proof and defect-free performance for long-cycle industrial operation.
