This series Alloy 28 (N08028 / 1.4563 / Sanicro 28) seamless pipe is a premium super austenitic nickel-iron-chromium-molybdenum alloy tubular product. Produced via hot extrusion and cold drawing processes, it eliminates welding seams to achieve outstanding pressure bearing capacity and structural integrity.
With unique 26–28% Chromium, 30–34% Nickel and 3–4% Molybdenum chemical design, the pipe balances strong resistance to both oxidizing and reducing corrosive media. It outperforms regular 304 & 316L stainless steel under harsh working conditions including concentrated sulfuric/phosphoric acid, sour gas, seawater and industrial mixed corrosive fluids.
We supply full-size specifications covering small precision capillary tubes to large industrial pipeline pipes. Product forms include solid seamless round tube, square/rectangular hollow sections, perforated pipes and forged tubular blanks. Custom length (5m–14m, fixed 5.8m/6m/12m or random length) and tailor-made machining services are available for all engineering projects.
