This five-layer co-extruded metallocene PE greenhouse film utilizes a five-layer simultaneous co-extrusion blow molding process. The base material is metallocene polyethylene, and each of the five layers contains independently allocated masterbatches for anti-aging, antistatic, toughening, anti-fogging, and long-lasting anti-drip properties. Each layer's additives do not conflict with each other, resulting in a single, multi-functional agricultural greenhouse film.

Five Layers and Their Functions:
1.Outer Layer: UV anti-aging + antistatic dustproof layer, resisting sunlight and reducing dust accumulation;
2.Second Outer Layer: Metallocene toughening layer, improving tear resistance and hail resistance;
3.Middle Support Layer: Increases film stiffness, preventing sagging;
4.Second Inner Layer: Long-lasting anti-fogging layer, eliminating white fog inside the greenhouse;
5.Inner Layer: Long-lasting anti-drip layer, allowing water droplets to slide off smoothly, preventing dripping and damage to seedlings.

Advantages:

1. High light transmittance and slow light transmittance decay.

The metallocene raw material has a regular molecular structure, resulting in an initial light transmittance of ≥92%. The outer antistatic layer prevents dust accumulation, and the long-term light transmittance decrease is far less than that of ordinary PE films, ensuring sufficient sunlight for crops throughout their growth cycle.

2. Extremely high mechanical strength, wind and tear resistance.

Tensile, tear, and puncture resistance far exceed that of ordinary LLDPE films. High elongation at break makes it resistant to tearing in windy, rainy, snowy, and minor hail environments, reducing labor costs for film repair.

3. Long-lasting and stable function, long service life.

The layered addition of various additives prevents them from canceling each other out; the anti-drip and anti-fogging effect lasts 24–60 months. Combined with high-content UV-resistant masterbatch, it can be used outdoors for 2–5 years, more than twice the lifespan of ordinary single-layer PE films.

4. No dripping, low humidity, reducing crop diseases.

The inner layer continuously forms a complete water film that flows down the greenhouse surface, preventing cold water droplets from damaging stems, leaves, and fruits; it also eliminates dense fog inside the greenhouse, reducing the probability of disease.

Product Application:

1. Spring and Autumn Vegetable Greenhouses.

Suitable for multi-season crops such as tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, eggplants, and strawberries. Long-lasting drip irrigation reduces disease, and a longer lifespan reduces annual film replacement costs.

2. Flower Greenhouses.
Suitable for roses, lilies, hydrangeas, and potted flowers. High light transmittance and soft light prevent dripping and petal burn, extending flowering time and improving cut flower appearance.

3. Fruit and Seedling Nursery.

Delicate seedlings benefit from drip-free conditions and stable light, significantly reducing seedling scorching and rot, resulting in uniform germination and a higher rate of robust seedlings.
