Anti-aging PE greenhouse film uses LDPE polyethylene as the base material. During the production process, special anti-aging additives such as ultraviolet absorbers, light stabilizers, and antioxidants are added. It is made by a three-layer co-extrusion process. It can resist long-term exposure to ultraviolet rays from sunlight, delay the embrittlement and cracking of the film, and greatly extend the service life of open-air greenhouses. It is commonly referred to in the industry as long-life PE film.

1. Anti-aging and durable.

Effectively blocks ultraviolet rays from damaging the molecular structure. Ordinary PE film lasts only about six months, while long-life PE film typically lasts 12-18 months, and thicker, high-end versions can last 2-3 years. It is not easily powdered or torn by wind and sun exposure.

2. Good light transmittance.

Highly transparent substrate with a light transmittance of over 85%, it does not block natural light and meets the photosynthetic needs of most crops.

3. High toughness and tensile strength.

Its tensile strength and wind tear resistance are superior to ordinary white film. It is not easily damaged in windy areas during spring and autumn, and is not easily torn during installation.
