Product description:

This five-layer co-extruded high-end PE film is made by simultaneously melting and bonding five independent extruders in layers. It uses high-purity LLDPE, metallocene PE, and EVA as base materials. Each of the five layers is independently equipped with UV-resistant, heat-insulating, anti-drip and anti-fogging, light-diffusing, and toughening additives. The functions of each layer do not interfere with each other and work synergistically. It is different from ordinary three-layer co-extruded PE film and belongs to the high-end multi-functional type of agricultural PE greenhouse film.

Each of the five layers independently performs a specific function, synchronizing anti-drip and anti-fogging effects with service life; anti-aging additives are concentrated in the outer layer, significantly extending sun resistance and lifespan.

A high proportion of hindered amine light stabilizers allows for 2-3 years of normal outdoor use, resisting powdering and cracking in areas prone to strong sunlight, wind, and hail; stable at high and low temperatures, not hardening at -30℃ and not sticking at 70℃ in summer.

3. Significantly improved tensile and breaking strength.

Elongation at break can reach 600%, with tensile, puncture, and tear resistance superior to three-layer membranes; less prone to damage during installation, strong winds, and snow accumulation, reducing repair and replacement labor costs.

4. High light transmittance and slow light transmission decay.

Initial light transmittance ≥90%, outer dustproof formula, rainwater washes away floating dust, long-term light transmittance attenuation is small; diffused light/converted light models are available for customization, strong light does not scorch fruit, uniform light inside the greenhouse, and crops grow uniformly.
