Flexible graphite materials include sheets, foils, papers, tapes, and strips. These products are manufactured through chemical intercalation of natural graphite flakes followed by high-temperature exfoliation, creating vermicular graphite structures with 0.003g/cm³ density. The binder-free expanded graphite is rolled into coils, offering:
