Custom-Sized Flexible Graphite Gaskets
Flexible graphite materials encompass sheets, foils, papers, tapes, and strips. These products are manufactured by chemically treating natural graphite flakes followed by high-temperature exfoliation, forming vermicular graphite structures with approximately 0.003g/cm³ density. The binder-free expanded graphite is calendared into rolls, offering:

  • Radiation tolerance
  • Thermal stability (-200°C to +650°C)
  • Compression recovery
  • Self-lubricating properties
  • Gas-tight sealing
These features make them ideal for low-pressure sealing applications. Composite options with metal reinforcements are available.
